Return Policy Overview
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Perishable goods
- Items that have been damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents not attributable to a product defect
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Package your item securely and ship it back using registered/trackable mail. Keep your tracking number — you'll need it in the next step.
Get Your Refund
Once we confirm receipt, your refund will be issued. Allow 4–5 business days for it to appear on your credit card or original payment method.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account or card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@swisscraftedpan.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us at info@swisscraftedpan.com.
