Zero Tolerance for Abuse

SwissCraftedPan™ puts the security and privacy of our customers at the highest priority. We have a strict anti-spam and anti-abuse policy. We investigate every single report and take immediate action — including legal measures when appropriate — to stop fraudulent use of our brand and protect our community.

📧 What to Report

Please report any of the following activities to our abuse team:

• Phishing emails or SMS pretending to be from SwissCraftedPan (e.g., fake order confirmations, shipping updates asking for payment).
• Impersonator accounts on social media, fake websites, or customer support scams using our logo/name.
• Spam messages promoting SwissCraftedPan products via unsolicited bulk email or SMS (we never send spam).
• Suspicious calls claiming to be SwissCraftedPan support asking for sensitive information (passwords, credit card numbers).
• Fake "winning" or lottery scams referencing SwissCraftedPan giveaways.
• Abusive behavior from users on our official channels (threats, harassment, hate speech).

✅ How to Submit a Report

To help us investigate quickly, please email us at info@SwissCraftedPan.com with the subject line: "ABUSE REPORT". Include as much detail as possible:

• Full header of the suspicious email (if phishing) or screenshot of SMS / social media message.
• Date and time you received the communication.
• Any links or phone numbers used by the scammer (do NOT click suspicious links — copy/paste safely).
• Your relation to SwissCraftedPan (customer, visitor, or just a concerned individual).

You may also report anonymously using our secure contact form and selecting “Report Abuse.” We protect your identity and confidentiality.

⚙️ What Happens After You Report

Our US-based abuse response team acknowledges every report within 24 business hours. Actions we may take include:

• Shutting down fake websites / social media accounts.
• Working with hosting providers, domain registrars, and law enforcement.
• Adding abusive IPs/domains to blocklists.
• Issuing public warnings to protect other consumers.

We cannot always share the outcome due to ongoing investigations, but be assured every valid report is acted upon.

🛡️ Protect Yourself from Spam & Scams

SwissCraftedPan will never:

• Ask for your password, full credit card number, or social security number via email, SMS, or phone.
• Send unsolicited “you’ve won a contest” messages requiring upfront payment.
• Request remote access to your computer or device.

If you are ever unsure whether a message is genuinely from us, do not reply or click any links. Forward it to info@SwissCraftedPan.com and delete it immediately.

📞 Report Phone Spoofing & Robocalls

If you receive robocalls or spoofed caller ID calls claiming to be SwissCraftedPan, report them to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) at reportfraud.ftc.gov and also notify us. We work closely with US authorities to trace and stop illegal callers.
